SITUATION / NEED - Team Development
Deere & Company partnered with Goal Success to design and facilitate team development programs with numerous senior leader populations.
These 1 - 2 day programs incorporate self and team assessments, team challenge activities, and facilitated discussion to help participants identify individual and team goals that will contribute to both the individual’s and the team’s overall effectiveness.
- Pre-program interviews with key stakeholders provided context and perspective on the team’s perceived strengths and weaknesses. This information provided valuable insight into the desired outcomes that drive the custom design process.
- The critical output of the program was a specific action plan with milestones, dates, and assigned ownership. Team activities provided insights into the team’s baseline performance, as well as relationship building opportunities.
- Follow up interviews post-program and monitored accountability ensure that the program is part of a continuous process, and not just an event.
