SITUATION / NEED - Leadership Culture

Goal Success designed a program to orient managers towards being a successful manager at QUALCOMM.  This 4-hour, interactive program incorporates  job aids and other tools directed at educating managers about QUALCOMM’s culture and the unwritten rules of navigating through the organization.

The program provides opportunities for participants to network with one another as well as creating a safe environment for participants to share their challenges, frustrations, and best practices.
